It should; back in October 2001 there was a thread on quixote-users to debug
a problem with IIS, and after fixing a bug Quixote 0.4.1 was reported to run
fine with IIS.  So, unless we've accidentally broken this since then, it
should be OK.  If you try 0.6beta2 and run into trouble, please bring it up 
on the quixote-users mailing list so we can fix the problem.
