No (my German's pitiful, but that's what German-speaking friends
tell me).  However, when Engels was writing (in English), his prose
was (to me, at least, but again I think it's a widespread opinion)
far more palatable.  And if you consider other British variations
of socialism, and writers such as George Bernard Shaw, I don't think
you can claim socialism didn't get its fair share of good, engaging
writers, and then some.

Capitalism did survive despite the turgid prose of Von Mises, no?-)
