I think you view the problem backwards that's why you
feel confused. It is not like Python only does what
Rebol can only at 20 times more cost in storage
or memory.

Rebol is significantly simpler than python,
there's no surprise that it is so much smaller.
If all the funcionality you need is available in
Rebol then use it.
