PayPal Donation Page

Has anyone noticed odd problems with this page, or is it just me?

Here I am, trying to give money via
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr and whenever I click on the
"Continue" button it stays in "button-down" mode and the window locks
up.

In fact, dammit, this happens even when I try to just log in at
www.paypal.com - anyone seen this behavior on Windows 2000?
