I couldn't find one (may have missed it), so I entered one this
morning, figuring a duplicate was better than a dropped issue.

slow to be used right now.

Yes, adding to bugs.html is good.

I wish we'd caught this before 2.3. Unfortunately, I usually
avoid "Program Files" for exactly this reason, and I'm guessing
other testers did the same.
