Dealing with faults matters

I think the confusion here was what you mean by exceptions. Do you
mean exceptional situations (or faults) or method of handling those
situations. Your text got me thinking wouldn't it be great if your
organization had exceptions in latter sense. You could raise an
exception and it would traverse up the organizational hierarchy until
someone handles it.
