Default value for PYTHONPATH

Yes, PYTHONPATH is available for you to *override* or extend the
usual settings, which are mostly discovered during site.py processing.
Also see a recent post (just yesterday, I believe) that covers the
specifics of all this, at least for Windows, in great detail.
