Any thoughts yet on what the benchmark might be?

(That was the sound of me running away screaming.)

I just use distutils and assume the person installing has told
it where to install.  I got confused amoung the options we
have now, esp. since there's no "site-packages" under MS
Windows.

Is there a PEP somewhere describing the levels?  I couldn't find one.
I want to make sure I only use those features of Python I'm qualified
to use.  Wouldn't want my head to explode.  ;)
