You can:  immediately after Guido announces a release, I download it from
the site and try it.  Works fine.  Try using a different method for
downloading (if using http, try ftp, or vice versa; if using Netscape, try
IE, or vice versa).  Since I wasn't looking over your shoulder, I'm afraid I
can't point at anything insane you may have done <wink>.
