I work for a place that uses XP. Unfortunately, all our stuff is done in Perl 
(with a home-rolled testing engine that actually works extraordinarily well).

I'm gradually doing some utility stuff in Python (without a pair, but with 
extraordinarily good tests--I love Beck's new book:
