Yes, but what many fail to realize is that the nine commands can never
be referred to directly, not even in casual conversation.  This is
evident from the ruebot's reluctance to explicitly name them or write
code that describes them in any fashion.  This being the case, even
writing something as seemingly simple as hello_world.vic would require a
seemingly endless entanglement of pointers.  Only at the moment when
equilibrium is achieved between utter incomprehensibility and endless
self-references does a vic program actually begin to function.  In fact,
being either too smart or too dumb will prevent one from grasping the
tao of vic.  The exact IQ requirements aren't certain at this point, but
apparently it's somewhere between being able to put up a web page and
being able to write code.  Also, if your website seems coherent, then
you're probably too smart as well.  It's also known that people too
smart to understand the vic often write working code out of spite and
jealousy.

That definitely makes anyone who writes books like, hm... say _Python
Web Programming_ a loser.  Not to name any names <wink>
