Python and GUI question

Well, it has (at least) three: boa constructor
(boa-constructor.sourceforge.net - also an IDE),
PythonCard (www.pythoncard.org - this is rather a complete framework
than just a GUI designer), and wxGlade (wxglade.sourceforge.net)
