Just unpack downloaded file with subdirectories and You will see where 
they cam from.

Python win has some troubles with unicode and not all win32* modules are 
ported to wince esp. gui,api.
Depending on device type You may get problems with SH api - wince is not 
pocketpc, Jornada is not Symbol ,...

Better get sources and compile for Your platform.
