Windows installation / win32con / Active State

Roundup uses the win32con module on windows. This is available in the Active 
State python distribution, but not (apparently) in the python.org 
distribution. Is it available as a separate download that might be installed 
in a python.org installation?

I know next to nothing about the win* modules, so any help in this area would 
be appreciated.
