Twisted looks very nice and I hope it will receive built-in module
status someday, but last time I tried to use Twisted I could not find
a document I did like with an introduction for programmers. Like a
tutorial demonstration how to program a little example application
using a specific protocol. There *is* plenty documentation about
various subjects (for example the \howto directory) but I did find it
very difficult to find what I need from that.
Maybe you could add a simple example application **for each protocol**
before you release 1.0? It could simply be a matter of copy-and-paste
from the existing documentation and adding a few example applications.
With such a 'cookbook' added I am sure Twisted will be appreciated
much more and used more by programmers who want to try it out. Good
luck with your project.
