Hmm... at its core, is EAV equivalent to an RDF assertion?  (The
database being content plus a set of such assertions)  I'm not too
familiar with either EAV or RDF, but they seem outwardly similar, and of
course there's lots of RDF work going on (in Python and other
languages).
