pymat on windows problem

Hi.

I am trying to use pymat with Matlab 6.1 on Windows XP with Numeric 22 and
pymat 20 and python 2.2.2. I am not able to load the dlls. When I try I
get

>>> import pymat

import pymat Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<interactive input>", line 1, in ?
ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.

I have pymat.pyd in the pythonpath and c:\matlab6p1\bin\win32 is in the
dospath.

Does anybody have any idea?
