Nothing, if you say that's what you are doing.
But someone else exercising is not going to help your muscles,
and someone else practicing is not going to help your skills ;-)

The purpose of homework is to ensure that *you* have the ability
to create the end result, not just deliver it.

Of course, motivating others to do things is a valuable skill too.
If you have natural talent for leading and motivating others to
deliver the goods, you may be able to contribute most to the world
by honing and using that skill (humanely one hopes).

But you probably won't be posting here for homework on that ;-)
