You might try looking into Mark Nottingham's RSS.py module, which you
can find at http://www.mnot.net/python/RSS.py.  I'm running W2K with
Python 2.2 and have had no trouble using it.  There's also a nice
article that illustrates the module's use at
http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/library/ws-pyth11.html.  Hope
