Supporting older Python versions in py2exe?

Yes, and for 2.0.x probably as well. I haven't heard of any Windows
users using 2.0.x for a long time. I. e. 2.0.x binaries for the
database modules I build binaries for haven't been requested, yet.
2.1.x binares were.
