A few... Maybe there should be one in the standard lib?
This is a common enough task, not a big module to maintain,
and less duplication and more focused maintenance could be
good.

This module could cover the (X)HTML standard, and then people
could make their own modules for document types and other
higher level constructs.

Today, you have a few choices, for instance:
