How to configure python to work with apache 2.0 ??

I simply will just to configure python to work with apache 2.0 without using
third-party software such as
mod_python or pyapache. Because I realised that using the latter, I have to
deal with terrible ordeal with compiling
with C language.

Can someone please tell me how can I just simply run python as cgi in apache
2.0 ? without installing any thirdparty software
other than python and apache 2 ??
