uspp

In my work i use uspp module, for work with serial port under windows.
uspp (in windows) work with serial port via win32module. And i behold
that under Win98, WinMe uspp work fine, but under Win2000, when i try
read data from serial port, i get error message, as result no data
arrived.

It is normal or not?
