Using code to add my database as a source of ODBC automatically?

Hi, group,
    I am wondering if possible to write a code to add my database
file(like access file) as a source of ODBC and then delete it later
automatically? In some case, I want to manipulate a database file
temperarily. Usually, I need add this file into ODBC from "Control
Panel" manually. Is there a python code doing this automatically?
