Well, while we're talking about netiquette, I suppose we should *also*
remind everybody that it's necessary to be careful with attributions!

For the record, I did NOT write the comments attributed to me above, as a
careful examination of the quote marks shows. Since none of my original
comments were included, including my attribution is likely to mislead. The
quoted remarks were written solely by Erno in response to a posting from me
whose content was removed. Retaining my name would have made more sense if
something had explicitly indicated this.
