That might be a bit of a tough one for starters but as
a Delphi user I could dig seeing a parser that followed
all the 'Uses' dependencies and told you which units
could be deleted from your app's Uses clause without
breaking the program.  I see calls for it all the time on
the Delphi groups but I gather there's no freeware
out there that does it.
