different gui-toolkits pros/cons...

Hi,

I'm looking for an appropriate toolkit for GUI programming,
which do you use ? what are pros and cons ???
I'm specially interested in wxPython, pyQt and pyGTK...
and I'm intersted in a windows-like look and feel on win platforms...
Finally I'm intersted in execution speed.
