text ads infrastructure in python?

Does anyone know of a text-based ads system available in python? 
Looking for some infrastructure that I could tie in to some mailing
list technology and a web app.  Ideally it would tie in with a payment
system like PayPal and would do inventory management and reporting.

Looking to do something similar to the Google text ads or
www.textads.biz ...
