Threading tutorial wanted.

I was negotiating with O'Reilly to write such a book, but even though
threading is a popular topic here, it's pretty clearly a marginal book
project and various external events (including the economy) consipired
to kill the book (at least for now -- and I'm currently working on a
different book that will keep me busy until next year).
