Can python have lib to display PDF ?

It does, but there is indeed a story to the case.
ReportLab has always had the ability to work with
existing .pdf instances, as opposed to generating
them "from scratch". HOWEVER, this capacity was
for a long time limited to the for-fee license.
Just within the past six months, the no-charge
ReportLab library has begun to receive some of
these functions. Maybe someone will make time to
explain the specifics.
