Newbie : Processes management under W2K

Right click on the taskbar, select Task Manager.  
Win2K also lets you hit CTRL-ALT-DEL to bring up a 'Windows Security' window 
from which you can select Task Manager.  This is also the best way to lock it 
while you are away.

If you are looking for services that are running, 'Net Start' from CLI window 
should do you.
