No, sorry to say it's universal.

We wish <wink>.  Last I heard, the logs showed that the newly revitalized
Wiki was going insane, and every time the site is brought back up it runs
out of disk space a few hours later and crashes again.  I'm not sure whether
someone who knows all about the Wiki implementation has contacted Thomas
Wouters yet.  Patience, please; /F pointed you to a list of mirror sites for
the duration.
