have source, still no python22_d.lib

I have all Python-2.2 binaries and source, but my attempt to build the
example_nt project, using my Visual C++, almost succeeds, except it is
missing python22_d.lib, which is not anywhere on my hard drive. This file is
named in the project makefile, but isn't in any of the binary or source
downloads for Python 2.2 that I can find.
Ideas?
