Integrating resource files into the exes by other proggies.

Do any of the available solutions that generate exes for python programs allow me to integrate a res file into 
the exe?

I will be writing a program in python and would like to support some of the new interface look to xp.

The ui toolkit i use will support native windows implementation for the user interfaces.
