Thanks to all responses.  Actually, I was wrong in the 'problem'
statement, what I was looking for, as you stated Joseph to be more
fun, is to get all the actual unique anagrams.

Now I'll have to find out how to 'compact' the code and still keep it
nice and readable - for the Lisp friend.
