Preferred tool for folding XML into HTML

Other than missing the very latest features of 4suite, what, if
anything, does this leave out then?  Is PyXML 0.7 now fairly 
self-contained as far as most serious XML processing goes?
My understanding was that since XPath was already present, 
XSLT was the only thing remaining to be integrated.
