Where can I find the faqwizard source?

I have python 2.1 in Suse Linux and Windows but can't find the 
faqwizard script. 

Also a search in internet report me an older version. I installed that 
version but can't write any new faq. The preview screen say's: "To 
commit your changes, please correct the following errors in the form 
below and click the Preview Edit button." But any error is reported 
below this text...
