IIS 4.0 :(

If *anyone* knows how to do it with IIS 4.0 (I've done extensive searches
online) please let me know for future reference. There are 1 or 2 places
that have commercial options, but for a single page that is not
cost-effective when 1 hour of Javascript coding gives a 20x improvement.
