It's great! Thank you thank you thank you! It is really helpful *AND*
by the starngest coincidence, the function they are discussing (random
walk) is one that i am trying to implement in Python (My query on pink
and brown noise curiously went un answered (twice!), but as i am
struggling to understand 1/f^1 noise (and other fractional noises) I
haven't pushed it.

Thanks so much for the heads-up. That web site has a lot of
interesting items.
