Any Pythonistas in Mexico?

I lived in Mexico last week. ;-)

While there it occurred to me that having a Python conference in some
Mexican coastal resort (I was in Puerto Vallarta and would vote to hold it
there or someplace similar) would be fun.  I suspect it wouldn't be all that
much more expensive than holding it in the US, especially if you time it to
miss the winter/spring break crunches.
