I picked up the 18" flatpanels for $849.  The equivalent monitors -- 20"
and totally flat in both dimensions (Sony, Mitsubishi, etc.) -- were
similarly priced.

Still, it would be nice to see them at $100 a pop.  Maybe next year.  :-)
