Actually Bostream, who operates in Stockholm and Gothenburg, will give
you a static IP number. I don't remember what the contract says but I
run all the services I like and they haven't complained. They'd probably
come down on me if traffic loads got high. They monthly fee is 250 SEK
(25 USD)
