Pysol 4.8 install?

How is Pysol 4.8 installed on Windows 98?

I have Python 1.5.2, Python 2.2, tcl 8.3, tk 8.3, tcl 8.4a3, tk 8.3a3,
Pysol-4.80-src.tar, and Pysol-4.80.tar

Do these files have to be in the same directory? 
If so, which one?

In C:\Python22 there is the tcl folder which has tcl 8.3, tk 8.3, and
also in C:\Python22 is the Pysol-4.80.tar folder.

When I click onto pysol_15.pyc to pysol_22.pyc, a DOS window just
pops up momentarily.


Pysol 4.2 and 4.6 was just an .exe file, and that was all that was neede
to install.

How do I run Pysol 4.8?
