Distributing python applications for Windows users

I had been finding it very difficult, but Simon Brunning pointed me in the
direction of something that explained that it was Pmw that was causing the
problem.  In fact, the Pmw documentation explains that you need to run a
script to bundle Pmw (it's in the section about freezing Pmw) and then the
thing worked like a dream.
