Both of which came out /after/ that "early 80s" I referenced. The only
book I have from that period which did not use all caps also lowercased
FORTRAN (and I distinctly recall reading that "Fortran" didn't become
approved case until the 90 revision, and even that standard said
specific versions prior to Fortran 90 retained all caps).
