Well, as someone whose Windows programming is usually system-level stuff,
not end-user stuff, I'd say the main thing I run into is lack of
documentation. I suspect that 95% or more of the system problems people
have with Windows is due to third party system-level software, such as
much of the stuff from Norton or MacAfee, where the authors had to *guess*
how certain things worked, and their guesses were not quite right.
