Hostname Resolution not working in Explorer

Looks like I screwed up my first post ...

I have windows XP Home, and IE6. I have a zope server running on my box. The
server is running fine, and I can access if it I access

http://127.0.0.1:8080/manage

However, if I use

http://localhost:8080/manage

it doesn't work. Same holds true if I use xx.xx.xx.xx:8080/manage and
hostname:8080/manage.
The names don't work, the numbers do. And they all work just fine when
pinging from a command window. So, something between me, internet explorer,
and the name resolution isn't working.
