If Python had Microsoft's other advantages in the Marketplace, it would
be a Whole lot more popular. Imagine if Microsoft decided to drop VBasic
and start selling MSPython!

Again, with the marketing put into JAVA, Python would be very popular indeed.
Personally, I don't have any problem with the rate of change of Python.
I started a projecta while ago with 2.0, upgraded to 2.1 because of
rich comparisons, adn have held there. However, I just installed 2.2 on
mac OS-X, ran the code there, and had no problems.
