As uniquer's author, I'm glad that my concern about ordering helps
you:-).  And you should see what other gyrations we came up with
for the printed Cookbook... real neat, if I say so myself.  Hope I'll have
the time to put the best up on the online cb as soon as the printed
one's ready (...but I should really be working on the Nutshell instead
by that time...).
