rowcount in dbi w/ odbc

Hi,

Google for "mxOdbc" and use it in place of the ActiveState/win32all odbc
(unsupported) subpackage.
This package supports DBI 2.0 API spec (richer) and is still supported by
its author.
mxOdbc is free for non commercial use.
